About Nautical Mermaid Charters LLC

It’s hard to beat the white sand beaches of Vieques. So we purchased twin 450-hp engines.

We celebrate and honor the resilience of the Viequense people and this vibrant land. When hurricane Maria touched down across the island in 2017, our previous charter ship that doubled as our family’s home suffered greatly.
Nauti Mermaid Charters along with several other hard-working businesses and people had no choice but to rise above. We invested in entirely new equipment for the pleasure of our guests, including a luxurious 41 foot Bertram Trojan Classic Cruiser–the optimal craft for navigating these waters in complete leisure.
With twin, 450-hp engines the aptly named “Fenix” lifts your sense of adventure with the heart and soul of the finest spirits. The yacht’s name comes from the Phoenix, the legendary majestic bird-like creature that lived in Paradise, died and rose again from ashes.

We’re the largest power vessel available for tours on Vieques, Puerto Rico; providing our guests with unmatched stability, supreme comfort, and the highest measures of safety.
Our clear bottom kayaks, snorkel gear, and stand up paddle boards are available on all charters. Playing in the turquoise waters of the Spanish Virgin Islands is effortless in paradise.

We look forward to welcoming you aboard the Fènix to begin your cruise adventure!
